Your path through Long View Health.
Four phases. One continuous relationship.
Weeks 1–2: Root Cause Assessment
Schedule your consultation online.
Before your first visit, you’ll complete a health history form so we can make the most of your time together.
Your first visit is 60 minutes. We review your full medical history, current medications, any existing labs, and the lifestyle factors shaping your metabolic health — sleep, stress, eating environment, movement. We order a targeted metabolic lab panel and conduct a structured lifestyle assessment. Together we identify where to start, and you leave with your first behavioral health domain packet and your first weekly experiment.
Your second visit — within a week — is a 30 to 45 minute lab review. We go through your results together, establish your full metabolic picture, initiate your treatment plan, and start medication if clinically appropriate. Both visits are billable to insurance.
Months 1–3: Active Treatment
Clinical visits and coaching calls alternate bi-weekly — a meaningful touchpoint every one to two weeks. Clinical visits manage medication, labs, and metabolic progress. Coaching calls work through your chosen behavioral health domain for the month, using a structured education packet and weekly experiment tracker you complete between sessions.
This isn’t generic wellness advice. It’s a month-by-month behavioral health program built around what’s actually getting in your way — one domain at a time, at a pace that fits your life. Direct messaging means you’re not waiting until your next appointment if something comes up.
Months 4–6: Consolidation
Clinical visits move to monthly as medication stabilizes — but coaching continues bi-weekly, because this is where the behavioral work gets harder and more personal. The final three behavioral health domains are worked through at your pace.
Month 6 closes with a 60-minute 6-Month Metabolic Review — repeat labs, clinical metrics compared to baseline, behavioral domain review, and a finalized long-term maintenance plan.
An optional in-home body composition analysis at $175 provides a meaningful data point at the six-month mark.
Month 7+: Maintenance
Most programs end here. Ours doesn’t.
Quarterly telehealth visits integrate clinical review and behavioral check-in in one 30 to 45 minute visit — medication continuity, metabolic monitoring, and an honest conversation about what’s working and what isn’t. Asynchronous messaging continues throughout.
Each year includes a formal Annual Metabolic Review — repeat labs, clinical metrics compared to the prior year, and a refreshed long-term plan. Patients who want continued structured coaching can add a monthly coaching call at $75/month.
Obesity is a chronic condition. It requires ongoing management — not a finish line. Long View Health is built for the long game.
